  Mark – Manager   Mark comes from a fitness background having worked as a personal trainer. In that role, he helped people to be more active, eat healthier and lose weight. He has a passion for helping others improve their fitness whether in a gym or out in the countryside.

  Natalie   Natalie has a background as a personal trainer and has helped people of all ages lose weight and be more active. A big part of this is helping to find the confidence and motivation to make healthy changes. Natalie teaches fitness classes and enjoys keeping fit with Hiit training and Kettlebells.

  Clare   Claire originally trained as a nurse before becoming a counsellor at the Royal Marsden Hospital. She has also worked with special needs students and the Alzheimer’s Society. She enjoys swimming, tennis, cycling and yoga.

  Alice   Alice has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and is training to become a Pilates instructor. She enjoys cross country running, pilates and cooking.

  Amy    Amy has a background in biosciences and working in healthcare. Alongside her job as a Wellbeing Advisor she is also a trainee psychotherapist, volunteer counsellor and mum of two. She is currently training her new puppy to become a ‘therapy dog’

  Emma   Emma has a background as a personal trainer and fitness class instructor. She has a passion for helping people become fitter and healthier. In her spare time Emma loves being outdoors andenjoys running cycling and horse riding.

  Anja   Anja is passionate about nutrition and exercise after experiencing her own struggles with mental health in her teens. She is a nutritional therapist and personal trainer and has experience in holistic therapies. She is also a voluntary breastfeeding advisor supporting busy young families.

  Caroline   Caroline’s background is in teaching pilates. She has a special interest in working with clients with back pain and musculoskeletal conditions to help them to manage their pain and to stayactive. In her spare time she enjoys rowing and running and is training to be a counsellor.

  Nicola   Nicola’s background is within Health Psychology and behaviour change. She is passionate about supporting patients to better manage and prevent ill health, and strongly believes that small maintainable changes can make a big difference.  In her spare time she enjoys cooking, swimming and running.

  Briony   Briony has a background in Podiatry which involves assessing and diagnosing a range of problems affecting the feet and lower limb, foot health having a fundamental link to health and well-being of an individual.  As a child she had her own struggles with weight so she has a real passion to support others to make healthier lifestyle changes for living a happier and healthier life. She is currently studying a diet specialist course alongside her wellbeing role.  Briony enjoys “family time”, socializing with friends, going to the gym, boot camps and circuit training.

  Shahana   Shahana has a background in fitness and nutrition and regularly enjoys a mixture of weight training and cardio sessions at the gym. She also has a Masters in Public Health and Clinical Nutrition. She enjoys motivating others and helping them achieve their goals  to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
