We offer a variety of help and support to East Surrey residents who are registered with one of the 18 East Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group GP practices.
We run weekly one-to-one wellbeing clinics in each of the GP practices as well as offering appointments to those who are housebound or unable to attend appointments within their GP practice. Appointments are led by fully trained wellbeing advisors who will support you to identify, set and meet achievable health and wellbeing goals.
Although we’re here to help with anything affecting your health and wellbeing, most advice and support we provide usually falls under one of the areas below. You can find additional information and support below, which you might find helpful before you meet with your wellbeing advisor:
While we can support you with your emotional wellbeing or if you've been diagnosed with a mental health condition, if you have thoughts about harming yourself or others, please book an urgent appointment with your GP or contact the Mental Health Crisis Helpline on 0800 915 4644, or visit the Mental Health website.
