Wellbeing Prescription is a Social Prescribing team providing free support and advice to help improve the health and wellbeing of East Surrey residents aged 18 or over registered to an East Surrey ICP GP practice.
Although we offer support with emotional wellbeing, we can’t support those in mental health crisis.
