East Surrey ICP commissions Tandridge District Council to deliver Wellbeing Prescription to support the health and wellbeing needs of residents registered to any one of the 18 East Surrey ICP GP Surgeries, including GP Surgeries in Horley, Redhill, Reigate and Tandridge. As such, Wellbeing Prescription works closely with Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, Surrey County Council and the NHS.
